When does the Mastermind open?
There's no firm date yet, because there's a lot to prepare first. Applications will open on this page.
How is it different from the Academy?
The Academy is a library, a community and group calls, built to get you to $10K months. The Mastermind is a small cohort where Jason builds a program around your business and works with you one-on-one every month, on scaling beyond that: teams, getting off the tools, and a business that runs without you.
I'm close to $10K a month. Should I wait?
If you're under $10K, start with the Academy. It exists to get you there, and whatever you spend in it comes off the Mastermind price. Being at $10K months is the signal you're ready, not a feeling of confidence about hiring or managing people.
I'm already flat out. Will this take a lot of time?
You're flat out because you're the bottleneck, which is the thing being fixed. The first stretch costs you time while you're building things and still doing the work. After that it gives time back, because the work stops being work only you can do.
Should I borrow money to join?
No. If it's too much money for you to spend, it's too much money, and the Academy is the place to start. And please don't inflate your numbers to get in: you'll be going over them with Jason.
Will you coach a local competitor?
Yes. There are probably 1,000 cleaning businesses in Perth, and Jason might work with 20 of them. One of his closest friends in the industry runs a multi-million dollar business right next to his. There's enough work to go around.

I was 14 when I left school, and by the time I was 18, I had no skills, no qualifications, and no job experience. My family pressured me to get a job, so I scraped together a resume and put it in front of over 100 businesses. But, to nobody’s surprise, not a single person wanted to hire someone of my calibre. That’s when I realised: if nobody was willing to give me a job, I needed to create one. And in March 2020, Enhanced Cleaning was born.
I spent a lot of time, money, and effort getting absolutely nowhere in the early stages. It took me 3 whole months to land my first customer, a measly $27 house clean that took me four and a half hours (do the maths on that hourly rate!), but I was committed to making it work.
Six years later, I’ve grown Enhanced Cleaning to 2 locations, 70+ employees, and multiple six figures a month in recurring revenue. The business is fully under management and runs without me needing to work in it, allowing me to travel the world and do the things I love.
I run a cleaning business podcast called Self Maid, where I’ve recorded over 130 episodes and 60+ hours of free content. I’ve also been featured on national television numerous times, won business awards, and had articles written about me in publications such as Forbes and Business Insider.
